Good that delivery is free over £50 but the lead time is a bit long. Had to chase my order with customer services and they speeded things. It took a full 5 days after placing the order to receive delivery. Delighted with the product once received.

Never had confirmation of purchase. Never had confirmation of custom service acknowledgement when questioning delivery of purchase.
Did receive an email to confirm one item would not be dispatched- obvious why but no explanation given!
I liked my boots though - when they arrived!

Great service from the customer service once I managed to phone them. The email was not working, so I had to phone. The call back service was very good and the lady who served me was polite and sorted my enquiry.
I am delighted with the boots I received.
