“I have sent three emails with no response. When I placed my order I put in the code for Black Friday for 50% off and when it processed it did not do 50% off so I was charged full price if someone can please get back to me regarding that”

“I love the underwear but I am not happy that this is an international compnay and they do not state that international charges may be charged by your credit card company. I am also not happy that I live in a state where there is no tax on clothing and that includes underwear and they still charge tax. I have sent emails to this company but nobody has responded.”

“The product is awesome. I have ordered it several times. However, the customer service is not as excellent. LONG shipping times, lost packages, customer service is difficult to reach. Despite that, the briefs are so great that I put up with these issues...twice.”
