“The engineers were a bit rude and although we paid £140 to them the issue we had hasn’t been resolved, if anything it’s worse however I do not wish to have them back in my home”

“They did an excellent job repairing my washing machine, reasonably quickly and reasonably priced. I only dropped one star because not always easy to get through on the phone, and men arrived later than said for first appointment. Otherwise very happy and will use them again.”
