Our 10 year old Bosch washing machine stopped working on Sunday 5th Sept showing an error code that the motor was faulty. We decided to replace it and on Monday 6th Sept I rang your show room and spoke to Georgia. I ordered a new machine for delivery and installation on Wednesday 8th Sept. The machine was duly delivered and installed and the old machine was taken away.
