“We’ve just completed our first year working with Shoptimised on their PPC incremental campaign model, where we give up a percentage of revenue generated through their campaigns. Throughout the year, they have consistently exceeded our ROAS targets, which gave us confidence to increase the budget on several occasions. Their approach targets products that aren’t performing in our core campaigns, and it does exactly that—effectively driving incremental sales without overlap. They also optimise listings, structured data, and product attributes, which has contributed to overall performance. The setup requires minimal input from our side, with Shoptimised managing the account and keeping us regularly updated through monthly reports. Our account manager, Bethany, has been responsive and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a straightforward and effective partnership with tangible results.”
