“Worst service overpriced didn't repair my phone correctly camera was blurry and would not turn on after being "fixed" by them had to take it back and they were rude about it DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”

Dear Customer, Sorry that you felt we did not give you a good service. We repaired your phone to a very high standard and you contacted us saying that the camera was not working . I offered to to repair it again or even give you a full refund as long as you would bring the phone back into our store so we could see what the fault was. You refused and demanded that we would transfer the amount you paid back to your bank account. Our offer of giving you a refund or repairing your phone again still stands. If you wish to bring your phone back into our store we will have a look for you. And in regards to us being rude, you demanded that we would unlock your phone as it was locked to an iCloud account which we refused as this is illegal. Kind Regards Shoreditch Macs

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite a little confusion they still sent off my MacBook to Apple to get repaired free of charge for a low rate at their end. I had it back within a week. Thanks a lot for the service”

“Great personal service offered by this dynamic young company. To make life even easier, as he lives close to me the boss actually delivered a new SSD to me personally the same day, and when after cloning it I took it back to their shop in Shoreditch they fitted it to my Imac with out fuss or delay. They also offer excellent after sales service and I would thoroughly recommend them. It is worthwhile mentioning and praising Raz their chief engineer who was extra helpful. “The guys at Shoreditch Macs are efficient and extremely good value for money. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price (compared to some other companies from whom I received quotes). I particularly enjoyed their email updates, which were received each of the days that they had my laptop to inform of progress. Nothing was done without my approval and they even saved me money by using their ingenuity to fix a component for no extra cost (rather than replacing it).”

“The best thing I ever did for my old 2009 iMac was get an SSD put in to run the operating system and apps. Goes like lightening now. Cost just £130 and has saved me £2,000 by not buying a new one. Blokes there are nice and friendly. Cheers.”

“Excellent service.....rare thing these days! Had my iPhone 5s screen replaced while I waited- good price. Had small problem but took it back and immediately fixed.
