“Simply Medicals LGV D4 Medical. Searched for D4 Medicals online and found this service. Out of my area (East Midlands), but convenient for people in the West Midlands It worked for me for appointment availability. Priced competitively, ease of booking, and received detailed confirmation and instructions. First appointment of the day, so met in the car park area, at the Garrets Green location, by a welcoming and friendly Doctor. I have had a number of work related medicals and D4 Medicals in the past, and knew what to expect. Found the Doctor well versed and organised for this type of medical and the necessary forms were completed. Good service.”

“I wear glasses and can see very well with my glasses and this person send my wrong report to the DVLA regarding my eyesight. He said at the spot that my eyesight test went perfect but just because i didn't give him any review he send my wrong report to DVLA, how pathetic.”
