“Hi! For the most part I enjoy the website very much. The only thing I ask is to mark the sizes clearly when you show several lengths of the necklace’s. It would make it easier to chose which length is wanted/needed. I hope this helped. Thank you.”

“I will be a loyal customer because of the excellence service. I lost a ring my husband gave me and the only place I could find a replacement was on skull jewelry. After ordering the ring, it was shipped to my house for free and I received the ring in less than a week, probably only 3or 4 days. They have coupons to use. The ring was very affordable, but was made well. I did have a slight discrepancy, but customer service was very responsive when I reached out and took care of issue right away. This is a quality business worth supporting. I will continue to buy from them”

“These people are on point everything I ordered was exactly what they showed. If I had a problem it was five minutes before somebody called me back and it was resolved. I don’t go to India I stay right here in the United States and talk to somebody who actually speaks English so thank you for everything that you’ve company has done.”

“I ordered a chain and pendant . The chain is ok but the pendant won’t fit on the chain! Chain is not long enough as well. Wanted to return but no response so I’m keeping both.”

Very sorry you do not like the chain. You ordered the pendant and chain separate. If you would have contacted us we would have suggested the correct chain. As far as the chain not being long enough you ordered a 24" and that is what was shipped. Please send us an email and we can recommend the correct chain for that pendant.
