“Our stay at The Benches in Monmouth was everything we hoped it would be. The staff at Sleeps12 were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole booking process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend this company for large group stays.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful family stay in spacious, yet cosy and very comfortable Hurstone in December. Everything was perfect-lovely rooms, log fire, well equipped kitchen and great bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We liked the large dining table for family meals. Hurstone is surrounded by beautiful countryside. I can thoroughly recommend it.”

“Our accomodation was lovely. Perfect for the group that we had staying.. Immaculate on arrival and great communication from sleeps 12. Easy to log on and check details on our booking and make any adjustments.”

“A fantastic property, we stayed 3 nights and the quality of the house was great, every detail thought through, pleasant owner, great choice of arrival goodies. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the large collection of toys and books for the kids kept them engaged through out the stay. Rooms were of hotel standard and toilets were spotless. We would recommend the property to large groups. Thanks Duncan and Sleeps12 for an amazing stay”

“We had the most amazing family holiday ! Everything was even better than described. Kids loved feeding the pigs ( as did the adults) and loved having a daily visit from Doozie ( Waffle dog ) as named by the kids. Owner always available to answer any queries. Thankyou Ps.. we are looking at your accommodations for next year but with more bedrooms”

“We have had the most amazing week with our family. The pool is just amazing ( two little ones learnt to swim this week!) the gardens and spa areas were really good. Just a few small points - we had trouble contacting someone about a blown fuze. Remember, this is a barn conversion so little or no sound proofing between adjoining bedrooms. Motorway quite noisy. Fire blanket could be seen, but was in a locked cupboard. Sound system could not be accessed. These points did not detract from our fabulous holiday. POOL WAS FANTASTIC.”

“Our stay at The Plough was wonderful, a really well set up, beautiful house. Enough space for everyone, so well equipped and perfect for parties. Totally perfect! If we were going to be really picky the only things we would do for the future is have a bigger or second hot tub, a sink in bar area and a glass washing dishwasher in bar... but this is being picky! We loved our stay and will book again.”

“14 + 1 baby + 1 toddler had a wonderful mid week stay at Ramscombe in Somerset. Everyone loved the indoor pool and we found the property very well equipped. The children enjoyed the outdoor facilities. Beds very comfortable and showers powerful and never a shortage of hot water. Fabulous treat to stay in such a lovely place can't fault it.”

“Simple booking system. Emails informative and swift responses to queries. The property ( Beaverbrook 30) was exceptional.. High quality property, extremely well equipped. Cant wait to return.”

“Beautiful location in a quiet setting with easy access to Devon and Somerset. Chrys was helpful and friendly, we were a group of 6 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs staying for 7 days. A good selection of rooms to accommodate us all and an excellent dining room. All bedrooms were of a good size with 6 having en suites. Good outside grass area for the children to have fun on and a pebbled area at the rear of the property for the dogs not forgetting the outdoor Hot Tub that was enjoyed by all on a daily basis. Would not hesitate in recommending this property to others”
