“Very efficient service, everything arrived as ordered next day. Having realised I had forgotten to order some razor blades I called the helpline number and these were added to my order at no extra cost. A very nice gesture. I will definitely be using S & G again.”

“I found the exact shaving soap I wanted to get for my husband on Smooth & Groom that was natural with no chemical perfumes or parabens. He had nearly run out of the one he was using, that contained a lot of dubious ingredients as well as some chemical perfume, when I ordered so he didn't want to be waiting days for it. Smooth & Groom dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 2pm and the shipping charge was very reasonable so I ordered and kept my fingers crossed. The rest was down to Royal Mail but they came through and the order arrived in 2 days. I was pleased that my husband said he liked the soap and it lathered well. Smooth & Groom made us both happy!”

“I have tried several brands of moustache wax over the years now and found them to be too 'thick' for my liking. In my opinion, the Taylor's brand is not as heavy; is much easier to apply and gives a better result.”

“Dealt with both Tony and Mike. The service was excellent and both these guys couldn't have been more helpful. The items I bought were for a birthday gift so these guys took the trouble to wrap the items and send me a photo. Items arrived next day. Simple stuff but makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Lots of other internet sellers could learn a thing or two of these guys. Will be using again and would highly recommend.”
