NOTHING THIS PLACE HAS SENT ME WORKS. THEY ARE GOOD WITH WORDS AND EMAILS, THAT'S ABOUT IT. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY, EVEN THOUGH EVERY REPLACEMENT THEY HAVE SENT ME DOESN'T WORK. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNJOE. MY NEXT STEP IS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. NO ONE SHOULD BE SELLING THIS STUFF. WE, THE CONSUMERS DESERVE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!!

I don't really get any positive responses. I have been waiting for months for this lawn mower replacement at which time I have been under warranty. No word as to what is going on. If I can't get another one then I want a refund.

-5 STARs. DO NOT BUY from them. My products were returned and they received in January. Now it is August and still no refund. Called 4-5 times and sent so any emails. Every time they promise to send refund in same week. Horrible company and products.
