“Amazing customer service and speedy! I ordered custom socks and ordered based on my shoe size. The socks I received were way too big, so I asked if I could exchange them for the size down. The next day they emailed me and said they put in an order for a new pair and I should receive them soon. Got them a few days later and love them. P.s. if you wear a Men’s size 13 order the Large!”
