“I took a long time to get the lights I had bought installed, and when I did, found that one of them was faulty. Even though the guarantee for the light had expired, this company replaced it.”

“I have no complaints, the Solihull Lighting website was easy to use as was the ordering process, I was contacted every step of the way and delivery was prompt and the package was in one piece and very well packaged when it arrived. “Very quick delivery. Was a little disappointed with the quality of the chromed base plate as quite flimsy with several light scratches on both. Having said that once the lights were assembled they looked fabulous and are very bright.”

“Good clear website. The only thing that's a bit difficult is working out the comparative sizes of lamps and lampshades from the pictures. You have to read the dimensions carefully to make sure that you are ordering the correct sizes. My package arrived today. Very well and carefully packed. All together an excellent service Thank you.”
