“Before purchase I used the sites question facility, this was responded to promptly and answered my query fully. the item was purchased just before the bank holiday weekend and was delivered on the Wednesday following, during which I was updated by e-mail as to the progress of my order.”

“I bought on price and got service. Very quick response, and fully informed all the way. Why don't all sellers use a tracked delivery. It's fun watching the parcel make progress (sad I know), and you can make plans for the day.”

“Excellent Service and Communication. I received an email to let me know which day my item was being delivered and this was followed up on the day of delivery with another email giving me a one hour time band for the delivery. My item was duly delivered within this time band. This excellent service is extremely appreciated and I am a very happy customer.”
