“Course got too technical in second part with the excel commands, not suitable for beginner level users. Group is too large for effective learning, much time is lost as trainer needs to attend to learners who can’t keep up or need extra help. It is too time consuming and waste of time for the majority of learners who have already completed the task.”

Reduced class sizes to below 20 participants to ensure more personalized attention and effective learning.
For classes exceeding 20 participants, we now provide a training assistant to support those who need extra help, allowing the main session to progress smoothly for the majority of learners.
