Special thanks to the consultant Artur. Perhaps this is the only thing that can be said good about this company. Illiterate support service. Withdrawal issues. If you wish to withdraw your funds, you must obtain approval from the finance department. There is no automatic withdrawal. looking for any ways not to return your money.

Therefore, all the withdrawal requests are processed by our financial department manually. According to our checks, you made several withdrawals. We see in our records that previous requests were processed successfully and you received the funds. As for the latest withdrawal request, it was canceled according to the terms of the investment period. Kindly note that your current account type is Bronze Package. In accordance with the Client Agreement, you are allowed to trade only on the terms fixed in this type of account. According to the Bronze Package account type, the minimum investment period for your account has not expired yet. Due to these terms, we have rejected your withdrawal request. Kindly note that we notified you in this regard both via email, and support chat and during the phone conversation. Been using the Spirebit platform for 6 months now and have found it really user friendly. In addition the Customer Service from my new Account Manager Artur Tarasov has been great who is very courteous and helpful whenever he calls to check in.

Из минусов: последнее время подтверждения вывода крипты из спайрбита стал занимать больше времени чем раньше, около 30-40 минут, пока твою заявку одобрят. Не знаю, может это у меня так, или ажиотаж на крипту сейчас слишком велик, вот и не справляются. В целом, Спайр для торговли криптой однозначно рекомендую.

The decentralized crypto exchange app doesn’t come with fixed prices, so the rates may change while your order is processing. It was an unpleasant surprise for me, and there’s nothing you can do after the exchange is complete.

Everything about the company is okay. For sure, there are some disadvantages, but they are minor. I have used many platforms before, but only here do I have 24/7 online customer support with real people. It is very important for me because I've had negative experiences using Kraken and chatting with their bots for weeks... Now I trade solo, but in the future, I want to try their specialists to figure out what is the result of investing with them. I'll write a comment later to share my experience or edit this one.
