“Love it!!! My favourites are the washing powder, softener and toilet cleaner. So easy to order, arrived quickly, very competitively priced, works like a dream AND is kind to the environment. We have a septic tank and so cannot use my usual products but am so in love with Splosh I recommend to everyone.”

“Everything is great about the splosh products except for the personal care ones because they still contain the harsh chemical SLS to which I have been avoiding for the last few years. The toilet cleaner smells great as does the bathroom cleaner. I wasn’t impressed with the washing up liquid and had to use a lot more than I normally would.”

Hi, thank you so much for your review! We really appreciate the honest feedback you've given and we are happy to hear that you are enjoying our products. The worries over SLS are, we believe, not supported by any data evidence. As I am sure you are aware it has been widely used over the last 50 years, for example as the foaming agent for toothpaste and many other products. We use SLES in our hand wash which is naturally derived from coconuts and sustainably sourced palm oil. At the levels used there are no concerns at all about with, for example, skin irritation or biodegradability. It has no toxic effects on fish. SLES is in part derived from a combination of palm oil, palm kernel oil and coconut oil. Our SLES is RSPO (Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil) certificated from a major manufacturer. We source this raw material as it is highly "active" and so allows us to concentrate our refills to very small volumes. This helps us achieve the environmental benefits of lower CO2 emissions.

“Have been using Splosh for years now, since they started. Love the products - work really well, and smell great. Also love that they continue to innovate and change things, taking on board customer feedback. Still have my original bottles which are going strong. But love the tins for laundry powder and dishwasher tablets.”

“Excellent. Because of the free postage for refills, it’s easy to just order what you need, you don’t have to collect an order up and wait. They’re effective and nice to use. Our waste has gone down tremendously since we signed up, too.”

“I'm glad I tried Splosh, I use a number of their products and while they sometimes take a little getting used to I've had no problems and managed to save at least 100 plastic bottles from going to waste. Yes, plastic bottles can be recycled but to reduce the amount of plastic is a better goal.”

“It's not just that I love the colours of these products...they actually work as well. They smell great and it's so convenient having them delivered regularly with a subscription. Add to that the virtuous feeling of using so much less plastic and it's a win all round.”

“The products are great, well-priced, last ages, and work really, really well. I use splosh for all my household cleaning – kitchen, bathroom and floors, washing powder, fabric conditioner and the dishwasher tablets. This is not only good for my house, but it means that I am using loads less plastic than before.”

“I've been using Splosh for all my cleaning and laundry products for over a year and highly recommend it. Everything cleans as well as, if not better than, conventional brands and are easy to order and quick to arrive (the subscription service is a great idea) The bottleometer says I've saved 88 bottles already which is crazy!”

“Discovered early in 2020. So far every product I have used (which is most) have impressed. The only one I have tried and not put on permanent subscription is dishwasher tablets, because I don't like tablet detergents and I especially dislike the "all in one" type tablets. They did clean well, but IMHO not as well as Claro plant based vegan detergent combined with separate rinse aid and salt. The shampoo and conditioner are amazing and much better than many "big brands" costing much more. Shower gel is also fantastic. All in all, cannot recommend too highly; and have been on a mission to convert all my neighbours and work colleagues to Splosh!, with some success!”

“I have been using Splosh products since 2013, predominately for laundry, the washing up liquid, toilet cleaner, kitchen spray and hand wash. I absolutely love Splosh and am delighted my 'bottleometer' is bulging! I feel I am doing a tiny bit to ease the plastic bottle issue whilst using a very effective product. What is there not to like?! Thank you Splosh!”

“Excellent organisation, efficient with very good quality products. Its very easy to manage subscriptions and if necessary make changes to frequency of delivery. I have recommended Splosh to all my friends, who are looking for ways to reduce plastic in their lives, and I feel delighted that over the year + I have used Splosh I have already significantly reduced my plastic use, at the same time as using products that are much better than the ones I used before.”

“Great stuff! Minimal plastic and what there is can be returned for recycling! Gets my clothes just as clean as the big makes and the smell of both the detergent and fabric conditioner is lovely. As it comes in a very concentrated form it means less weight to be transported. A winner all round!”
