“My first order arrived promptly, one of the bottles had leaked slightly but no damage done. I really like the range of products I have bought, the bottles are well designed and easy to use, and the fragrances are lovely. The only exception is the kitchen cleaner which worked brilliantly but unfortunately left a rather unpleasant after smell. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Great ideas here. We definitely want to cut more plastic from our lives and it isn't as easy as we'd like it to be. Could the original bottles you send out be made from something other than plastic? Shower gel, as many others have said, is also too runny. Quite easy to correct?”

“These products are just as good as mainstream brands but have two huge advantages, firstly the eco credentials. Secondly it's so easy and convenient to order refills with a few taps on my phone then have it turn up on the doorstep.”

“I would recommend Splosh products especially as you can refill the bottles. I have used the shower gel, the hand gel wash, the laundry detergent and the washing up liquid. All if them are gentle on the hands and don't affect my skin in any way adversely. I would however like if they could swap to glass bottles. This is why I didn't rate them very good.”

“Splosh is great- much more efficient than many eco friendly products. My only concern is it can be a messy refilling & the concentrate can be difficult to dissolve properly- particularly the toilet cleaner. However, very happy! Cutomer service is splendid. Many thanks.”

“Great quality products. Ideal if you have limited space as refills enable you to keep "bottles" in storage as concentrated refills while taking up very little room. I'm particularly pleased with the size of the washing powder & conditioner containers. Works out more expensive than the supermarket, but it suits my needs and it's kinder to the environment.”

“I have been very pleased with all the items I have bought from Splosh. Products were recommended to me by my son and daughter-in-law. My only struggle is sometimes getting the refills to mix with water when required. It can lead to the viscosity to be variable after refilling. However, I am really pleased with how much plastic I have NOT used and the ease of returning empty refill pouches for recycling. Thank you.”

“Love the app and the refills. My only gripe after two weeks of using the products is the washing detergent and softener smell amazing but have no smell at all on washed clothes afterwards.”

“I’ve been using Splosh for over a year now and it’s a fantastic closed loop system. I’ve greatly reduced the amount of plastic bottles coming through my household and have a great supply of cleaning products stocked up without taking up too much space in my small flat. The products are great - the hand soap in particular is much better than other brands. Highly recommended!”

“Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Toilet recycling bottle was a bit grubby, expected a new bottle for me to recycle rather than a secondhand one. Toilet cleaner does the job and smells nice.”

“I really like the products, how easy it is to order refills and how much I've cut back on buying plastic bottles. However, I don't think Splosh are completely transparent about their waste, I was under the impression that pouches got washed and re-used when I started using them but it seems they get recycled... into completely unrelated products that are not available to buy and are not driven by actual customer demand.”

“Very easy to use, products arrive quickly and great to be able to recycle all the packaging. Washing up liquid is a little harsher on the hands than other brands...I really should start using washing up gloves!”
