“Great product And I love the idea of reducing plastic wastage but would be better if there was a wider variety of everyday cleaning products to use around the home ie Shower cleaner Furniture polish Stainless steel cleaner Oven cleaner Limescale remover”

“I love my splosh products, Eco friendly, they actually work, smell great, posted through the door, subscriptions now too, and they take back the packaging! What more could you ask for? This is the way forward. I've recently expanded the number of products I use, I now use 4 products from the range and very happy with all of them. Keep up the good work!”

“Clear instructions for diluting the refills, even if using your own bottles. Great that I can continue enjoying the scents that I like whilst saving on single use plastics and using water friendly chemicals.”

“Always prompt and reliable service, I feel like I am doing my big to cut down on waste. The products are good value for money and my favourites are the blackberry hand-wash and pomegranate washing up liquid. The starter packs are a great idea for unique birthday gifts!!”

“We love your washing up liquid, hand cleaner and fabric softener soooooooooo much that we have now signed up to the auto delivery system. Brilliant idea purchasing the concentrate in pouches which we then dilute into your bottles (although customers could use their own) which are very funky and stylish. Once we have 8 empty pouches we post them back to splash free of charge and they are recycled, what's not to love.”

“Love the ease of ordering, fast delivery and well designed refill containers. Only negative is that some of the products I don’t feel are good enough to make the permanent switch. The washing up liquid and toilet cleaner are good but the fabric conditioner is expensive and the smell of either isn’t great. The shower gel again the smell isn’t strong enough or good enough to get my husband to use it. The cleaners products seem great but a shame about the others.”

“Products are as effective as any other I've used. Fragrances are very nice. It's super convenient to have a refill pack handy under the sink and takes up much less room compared to traditional products if you are a hoarder like myself.”

“I bave been using Splosh for over a year now and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Splosh products are just as good, if not better, than their leading brand counterparts. There are some lovely scents to choose from and ordering is very easy. The washing up liquid is a stand out for me, it cleans so well, smells amazing and seems to last forever as only a small amount is needed.”

Thank you Janet for your review. After use, collect eight pouches in a refill box with their caps left on. Put the first four in flat with spouts pointing to each corner. Fold the next four in half and place in the box with their spouts pointing out.It’s a bit of squeeze – but they do fit! Tape the box and send the pouches back to us using a free postage returns label (which contains these instructions). You’ll find returns labels in washing up liquid and toilet bowl cleaner refill boxes but you can also request one electronically at hello@splosh.com (Just to let you know as well that our laundry powder pouches are home compostable too!) Your pouches will then be re-made into new products (such as an ice scraper) in what's known as a "closed loop system". The new products retain the colour of the pouches and, when they've reached the end of their life, they can in turn be re-made back into new products. All new products will be sold from the Splosh website. This is truly the circular economy in action, as the total plastic waste from this process is zero. We hope this information is helpful.

When collected together, it becomes economic to reprocess them and we have partners to do this. Your pouches will be therefore re-made into new products (such as an ice scraper) in what's known as a "closed loop system". Hi Corrinne, thank you for your review. With regards to the glass cleaner we suggest spraying the cleaner onto the surface and leaving for a couple of minutes and then use a damp clean cloth. We hope this helps.
