SSENSE orders do not allow you to select 'signature on delivery' which would obviously prevent such thefts from happening.

Ship my order to somewhere else the delivery Guy took a picture of a House who wasnt mine and Because of the tracking number saying delivered not Even PayPal FedEx and worst SSENSE would refund me they treated me like a thief and after all I receive nothing lodt my money lost 1 month in discussion with SSENSE they agree to refund me but they never did i will not recommend this greedy cheap company i wouldnt wish it to happen to anybody AVOID !!! Warning !!!!

If I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Absolutely shocking service. Was told by FedEx my order was delivered and signed for in my name, however this is impossible as I was at work. We cannot locate the delivery and customer service are not responding!!! The item I ordered was expensive and not even sure if I’m going to be refunded!

c) now I have neither shoes nor money (250 Euro shoes + 50 Euro return fee)
d) the "company" will do everything to not return your money, and for those who are lucky, they will also withhold the cost of the initial delivery of the goods.

Terrible experience! Paid extra for expedited delivery to ensure my order arrived by a specific date, but it was shipped late and missed the deadline completely. Customer service ignored all my emails. Unreliable and unprofessional—don’t waste your money here.

Repeat Customer..Had delivery problems..all companys Should have option for non signage option.. FINALLY got package..WRONG dress!! Completely wrong dress...wrong color..wrong design...Unbelievable....Now do I have to wait for a refund?? Let's see

With no provocation - I don’t myself abide by SSENSE’s shady policies and never would refuse an expected delivery - SSENSE threatens:
“Please note that should you refuse its delivery, or should it get back to us, we will be discarding it without a refund upon reception”
What a truly trashy line from a truly trashy company that values its products as little as it values its customers.
