After exhausting all avenues to remedy the issue, they contacted me and advised me of their determination of the investigation, I was informed that I would be receiving a refund.

I requested a refund and there was in issue at to whether Mashable or the software developer was the one responsible for the refund.

The customer service a slow a little but they solved all my problem. The deals are the best compared to all other deal websites and the prices are also acceptable. I wish they provide a refund policy for the non working products like VPNs.

They have a great daily deals. They are suppring the cutomers to the end and they keep tracking. It there is any issues about you have purchase, they will refund your money back in no time. This is how the cutomer service should be.

I ordered a few items and had to return one. At first it seemed the sale was final, and I took off a star because that caveat is not real obvious, even though I realize it is my responsibility. However the customer service rep was very helpful and very responsive! A refund was processed completely to my satisfaction. Most important to me was the rapid response and follow-up, friendly communications. Very helpful.

I emailed New York Post Store to let them know that I purchased 2 sets of sheets but only wanted one. They immediately responded alerting me that they would take the sheet set that I didn’t want off my order and they would issue a refund. Couldn’t ask for anything better than that.
