I received a product which turned out to be defective. I was quickly contacted by Maggie who contacted the vendor regarding the problem. She stayed in contact with me daily until I received word that a replacement was being sent (and I had a tracking number). The product arrived much sooner than the first one did. Excellent service, and a big thank you to Maggie!

Applied for a coupon discount at checkout and did not receive it. Upon following up, they quickly corrected their mistake and credited my balance. Good customer service!

Very pleased with the service I have received during the purchase of items. Prompt response time and generous policies. I have not received my products yet, but feel confident they will be fine and if any issues that will be addressed with consideration for the purchaser. Excellent customer service, rather unheard of nowadays! Wade is a Support Hero!

I had an issue with receiving the wrong charging cable got a hold of customer service. Wade returnedMy text and took care of making sure that I receive the correct cable he kept me updated from the very start till the very end until I receive the right cable super fast courteous and very professional 10+👍🏽
