“Despite having a substantial account balance and a sizable bonus, my hard-earned money vanished into thin air within hours. Instead of taking responsibility for their negligence, starlightcapital nonchalantly claimed that the market had collapsed and demanded additional funds from me to rectify the situation. I wasted no time contacting HIGH FOREST CAP_IT_ALL T D, C O M to help me fight for the successful retrieval of my investment”
“Here is my review after losing a ton of money, probably a year's worth of salary for an average Aussie. I thought to share these observations as a review for anyone looking to work with this SCAM broker.
They are not regulated in Australia, so you are at high risk and can't register any complaints should they not follow what they offer.
Their registered office on the website is at Regus, which is a virtual office, Regus has branches globally including in Australia. You can Google it and find out for yourself. Anyone can rent a Regus office with no trace to their actual location.
Their analysis is from Investing dot com website, and anyone with a bit of knowledge can read it on the website for free.
None of the employees and directors have a social footprint; they use stage names to hide their identity. This itself is a big sign of a scammer, confirmed by one of the account managers.
Starlight commission and spread are way too high compared to other brokers in the market. For example, you get a spread of 0.6 - 1.5 on gold in any regulated broker, whereas they have 4-5 spreads, and their reasoning is high leverage. This itself drain your initial profits
They have the poorest risk and hedging strategy, which reflects that they are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be.
They get rude if you don't take the trade they offer.
Keep in mind that the profit they show on the demo account is mostly algorithmic trade and on bitcoin, whereas they will never allow you to take algo trade on a live account.
They failed to provide their liquidity provider details, which means they maintain their own liquidity pool. This means that your losses in the market are their profits. Such brokers are termed as scammers in the market, and regulators advise individuals to stay away from such companies. In short, their long-term intention is to show you some profits and then induce you to pump more money into the account. Eventually you will lose everything.
During initial calls, they will promise to teach you how to do analysis and mention they will teach you to trade, but in reality, they only call you to buy and sell, nothing else. I can keep going, but the above points should be good enough for an individual planning to start with the company to make an informed decision.”
“The moment I asked my case manager for my withdrawals, i noticed that they wiped out all my account down to a zero balance and they vanish. Starlightcapital is a scammer and you should not give them any money.I made a reddit post about them in a scam forum and I was advised to report to an investigative firm ' Upclaim.org. it was only after I asked for assistance a dispute was raised. I have received my money back to my wallet after 1 week of this. Avoid this platform like a plague”
“Trustpilot keeps taking my review, but I must prevent others from falling into this trap. Stay way from Starlightcapital, they stole 30k from me and are asking that I pay them more money to get what I have retrieved. They are professional liars. I had to involve a 3rd party ,Upclaim-Org before they agreed to return all I had with them.”
“friendly ,chummy agents whose primary aim is to defraud you , i invested with after non stop calls from them about 150 percent profit in weeks . got gains accrued but issues arose when i tired withdrawing my funds . i did a little research and had to reach out to an agency AyLaReCoUp-c0m who got back every cent . these guys are heartless , I suggest you run from them”

“Have you noticed the positive reviews always mention 'The account manager' they have? Fake reviews. Just read them to see the similar template. I got sucked into depositing $5,000 USD via a Crypto Exchange. All well and good until you are asked if you would like to invest in Gold etc with no risk to you. Ha! I was told my initial investment wasn't being used but lo and behold...Yep...you guessed it! Used without my permission and then lost (mysteriously). My account manager Kevin (not real name, read the intro page) said I needed to deposit more funds to make up the loss (that they lost) I feel pretty stupid! Give it a go if you would like to feel Stupid and Gullible after you've lost your hard earned money! Go On! Just talk to Kevin, Jonathan, or John Wilson!”
“Biggest mistake ever to get involved. If you like harassment, bullying and intimidation then you should sign up.
I would not trust this company and after the incessant calling and harassment I am now reporting to authorities.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
The guy harassing me was Shannon Williams although not sure if this is his name.
Biggest mistake ever!!!!”
“Starlight Capital is a big fraud/ scam operating from Cyprus.
At first, they are very kind and explained to you in detail how to trade, in the first week I saw my cryptocurrency value going up, and then they showed you how easy it is to withdraw the money to your account. That's the HOOK!
They then start to harass you to deposit more money into the account, when you decide to not do it, the value of your cryptocurrency starts to decline drastically.
You then try to withdraw your money and guess what, you can't as they need to approve it and what they do is to claim that you have done a bad transaction that made you lose all your money.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!
The name of the guy that talked to me is Andrew Klavan, but not sure if this is his real name. He is not English.. he said he was Estonian, but again not sure is true.
DO NOT LET THE NUMBER FOOL YOU!
They are big scammers!”
“I lost money on the website after being tricked into investing a total of $20k, but I had to wait more than a month to receive my money back. Because the accused person-in-charge was no longer approachable, I registered a case of stolen funds with Digitalassetclaim/com. I was able to retrieve my capital and profit with no cost assistance.”
“A big red flag. Don’t trade in this platform. It’s a huge scam. They will push you to invest more and more and when ever you would like to withdraw any amount they will try their best not to let you do that. When they will not have any luck they will let you know that all the money you have invested has been lost due to sharp market fall. For first 6 months they will show you unbelievable return. Stay away if you could and invest in local Australian regulated trading platform.”
“Scam meets harassment! These people will call you every day, several times a day to phish for information and trying to get you to invest with them. Dodgy.”
“Pathetic... I asked a couple of questions as I have a reasonable amount of experience trading in both Australian stocks and FX. They didn't answer a single one of my questions and I felt that they simply didn't know the answers. Rather they were only fixated on selling me.
They took my respectful but savvy questions as someone reading too much into it and even went so far as to call me a time waster and wanted to know why I bothered filling in their online form.
I explained that their offer was attractive, so I filled it in online to see if it was true. I wanted to find out some details hence my questions about their brokerage, whether can I use my own account that I already have with the bank, and what criteria they use to choose their stocks. I think they are fair questions…
I couldn't get a single straight answer.
I asked them to please take me off their database but still today I receive around 2 to 5 calls every single day (Monday to Friday) from these people who clearly have no intension of taking me off their database.
If their opportunity was so good, they would not have to call me so much.
ARE THEIR REVIEWS FALSE?:
As I research starlight capital online, I find that many others have had the same experience as I am going through right now. There are some really bad reviews about starlight capital.
I believe their 5 star reviews are false and here’s why… It’s IMPOSSIBLE to track a single one of the testimonials in order to verify them. Any good testimonial with a photo and first name typically is accompanied with a second name making it authentic. I can’t say for sure that the testimonials are false but when trying to research them I could not verify a single one where I have been able to with other companies.
When I look at reviews I also like to click on the 1 star reviews and see what they had to say. Many times it’s quite obvious that the person is only trying to lie and make false accusations but reading that others are experiencing the same as I am tells me the negative reviews are 100% true.
With some review websites it’s impossible to write a bad review because they require proof of purchase so anyone writing about their bad and harassing phone experience will not be able to leave their review hence some review sites only have a good rating for starlight capital. Are these sites and people write these good reviews owners of starlight capital or people who work there? I can’t say but I would gamble more money that they are then to invest with starlight capital that’s for sure.
Save your money and invest elsewhere is my advice.”
“I advice anyone trading with any of these new forex or binary option companies to withdraw their funds fully after making your first profits. I have been scammed terribly by several binary option companies. But I'm glad today cause I have had all my money returned plus my profits. Thanks to spacetel-capital; cpm”
“AVOID AVOID AVOID. Once they have your number they will never stop calling.
Don’t believe these reviews. All written in the same format and clearly fraudulent reviews. These people have been calling me on an almost daily basis for months and months and months. It’s harassment and a con.
Was told today their registered office was in London yet they couldn’t give me a companies house registration number. So they might have an address but they are not registered to trade in the UK. Plus the registered address on the website is on Cyprus so who knows what to believe??? Nothing from these harassing crooks is my advice.
I don’t even know how many times I’ve asked them to stop calling but I just string them along now to waste their time and money.
Have reported the company to trading standards and also to TPS as I am registered and shouldn’t receive any cold calling spam calls.”
