“Terrible! Nowhere to complain, no telephone number and repeated generic responses to requests for help and information.
I bought a bundle of three games - 2 of which will not work on my computer - they refuse to refund for the 2 games.
BASIC THEFT and disregard for any consumer law.
My only recourse would be to summons them to court and they know I will not do that for a small amount.
This is how they operate.
I will never purchase anything from them ever again and I would advise anyone considering a PC games vending platform to use someone other than steam...
