“Only one week in. I will share im 42 (gym 4 times a week ) started running but my knees hurt alot after. taking 1 50 mg per day . felt stronger 2 days in. lifting heavier feel great . My kness pains fixed .my shin splints pain has gone . i ran a half marathon at 3 day never ran that far before and normally next day i can hardly move . i woke up pain free. Wow. although getting Red-hot and sweating like never before is only side affect sure blood pressure will be raised though. Def recommend 👌”
