Initially I didn’t get an order confirmation.
After sending 4 messages to customer service I got a response 4 days after ordering. I was sent a tracking number for a parcel that Royal Mail hadn’t received.
I messaged again, worried because I’m on cycle and need the parcel. I was told not to worry, it would be sent out the next day and the tracking details would be updated.
It’s now day 8. I’ve just been told to ring Royal Mail to find out where the parcel is when the tracking details say Royal Mail haven’t received it!
This company are a scam. They will endanger your health by lying about essentials being sent to you when they weren’t.
