“Ordered a week ago today! Item said it was delivered to my collection point on the 1st 4 days after original purchase! Item shop said they didnt receive, let the company know whats happened and got told they have same information as me! Went to my local royal mail hq who said it was delivered so went back to my collection point who have said again it wasn't and I need to speak to whoever I ordered from. Let this company know the situation and its them who needs to chase seeing as I paid the £9.50 special delivery and have had 0 response! £60 down the drain and cycle pretty much halted.”

“Good selection of products. Had the product I was after in stock, which my usual vendor has been unable to source for quite some time. Reasonably priced. Was able to pay via bank transfer which saves lost money to bitcoin charges. Really fast processing time and delivery. Would definitely recommend to others. All good 👍”

“1 star – Avoid this seller, terrible communication and misleading practices This was my first (and definitely last) order with them. I placed a small test order just to try them out – luckily, only a tiny amount, because it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. When the order status changed to "shipped" with a Royal Mail tracking link, but Royal Mail says "We're expecting it" (nothing has been received by them yet). So fake shipped status. Sent two polite messages asking for payment confirmation and real shipping proof → zero reply from customer service. It seems customer support simply doesn't exist. After my second message, they suddenly messaged me on WhatsApp saying the item I ordered "is not available" and asked if I wanted something from another brand instead. I replied yes, and complete silence again. For my money, I only got a thumbs up emoji on WhatsApp as "response". That's it. Now they're sending me emails asking to leave a review for the product… which I haven't even received. Extremely poor communication, misleading order status, no real customer support, and scammy behaviour. Fortunately, I only ordered a small amount to test. When it was clear I'm not gonna get anything I ordered from a different website, and I already got it and used it. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else.”

“I was offered a pct stack promotion on a forum. It didn’t arrive in a good time and was for me no longer needed. I reached out a few times and wasn’t really told much. However, on my last time reaching out they really came through, I was happy to part ways amicably no issues at all and write a review to part ways but instead they gave me £150 store credit on what I wanted. Totally unexpected, totally not needed but definitely greatful. Because of this I would recommend these folks highly. Delivery was fast, packaged discreetly and safely. I will absolutely order from here in a non promo setting! Just need to run an unplanned cycle so I can do a proper review on the forum so the promo can count on my account haha. What could go wrong with tren ace hahaha!”
