“Great experiance, very well priced, good communication, easy to order, super speedy delivery, and such beautiful tiles! Actually quiet unique tiles that ive struggled to find for a reasonable price anywhere else. A very good experiance in all and would definately recommend. Must add, the delivery man made a stella effort to get them up the drive too!”

“I did a lot of research before actually venturing out to see the tiles. We started off looking for travertine tiles but after speaking with ALi about the pros and cons of these we switched to marble tiles. We have a large floor area and three bathrooms to tile. To keep it simple we have chosen two versions of the same marble. Ali helped us all the way and gave us a very good price for our order. The tiles were delivered when promised and the store were happy to coordinate with our builder on delivery. The floor tiles are now laid and look fabulous - and that is before grouting. Our Tiler and our builder have both commented on the quality of the tiles. Which was great news as I am not an expert and you always worry a bit about big purchases. All in all: good customer service without being pushy, unbiased advice, timely uncomplicated delivery of a good product at a good price.”

“Needed help with 5 bathrooms and I got plenty of help discussing my requirments. I recieved samples next day which were great. I placed my order (great prices) and delivery was on time as arranged. When the delivery arrived the driver did damage some of the tiles, an unfortunate accident but I had replacement tiles on the next available truck out to me! No drama! I have since been down to the showroom which is fantastic, definately worth a visit. Service has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Stone and Wood Shop.”

“I ordered 35 Metres of Limestone Djon honed. Am totally impressed with the quality. I had a bit of delay with the original delivery but Ali gave top class customer service which I was very impressed with. I shopped around quite a bit before I decided to go with this company and I am so pleased I did. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering on line without seeing the product and only working with a sample. I will shop here again when I need to. Thanks Christine”

“We ordered the Farley Ratin Antiqued Limestone for our kitchen and outside patio and they are great- Exctly what we were after. Beautiful tones of greys and brownie beige means that the floor never look obviously dirty when marks appear. Stone and Wood Shop offered and a really competitive price and were very accoumadating when we wanted to see the tiles in aa showroom rather than us just going on the swatch that we got through. Really friendly pleasant experience”

“They were very helpful on the phone when I called and the samples arrived promptly. They followed up the call but were not too pushy and when we had chosen we placed the order with them. Nice people to deal with and well priced stone flooring from the research that I did.”

“We were looking for engineered wood for our flat. The local flooring shop would not sell the wood without full installation, but we wanted separate quotes for laying the floors. Looking online it is not easy to find high quality boards, and many sites had boards of a lesser quality than those we had seen at out local flooring shop. Stone and Wood had the quality we were looking for at an incredibly reasonable price when compared to the shop price. Ali was very helpful and also recommended a couple of people we could get quotes from to lay the floor. The wood was delivered in very good condition, no damaged planks and the boards were exactly the same as the sample we'd been sent. We are very happy with the new floor.”

“I had ordered 37m2 of travertine tiles from these guys including grout / adhesive and sealer! costing over £1500! they were not only the cheapest but the quality of the stone was superb and the service from order to deliver was amazing! (thanks Ali) - the delivery was quick and efficient - the deliver driver called me to give me an eta - which really helped - and the goods were well packaged - I had an issue where a couple of the tiles had cracked - not their fault at all and it did fall within my 10% over order - so all good...but to their credit they offered to refund me the difference on those tiles - so that was great service ...uncalled for really - I also had an issue where I had run short of grout (only needed to do about 12 more tiles ) so Ali had sent me out another bag FOC - how is that for amazing service!!!??? overall - a great company to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone ! - don't walk away buy from them today!! And no im not a staff member just an extremely happy customer - and credit where credit is due - cheers for a great buying experience guys ? r | y”

“I spoke to Ali at Stone and Wood Shop when I was looking for tiles for my new bathroom. He was both very helpful and courteous enabling me to process my order quickly and efficiently. Even after the sale, whenever I needed help or advice regarding delivery and installation he was quick to respond and quick to help me resolve any difficulties. “I wanted to get some ideas for some hard wearing wooden flooring under which I could put underfloor heating. I called quite a few companies but found Ali at Stone and Wood Shop the most helpful. He sent me 2 options one of which we will go with. We have not purchased anything yet but his helpfulness was a delight and in my experience unusual.”
