“Overall very pleased with the service. The only problem was that I had to phone twice to get a confirmation email. Heater not yet unpacked as am waiting for electrician.”

“This firm is very helpful and informative with technical support I am having problems with Delivered six days on and still no heater, Delivery firm failed to deliver on two fixed appointments?? Now sitting in third time and delivery firm want answer the phone and my tracking number Is no. Longer recognised 😡😡😡😡”

“The staff are good but the heater was terrible. Why are heaters allowed out of the factory with Error 1 being displayed and the heater not working. I am not impressed.”

“I ordered a heater on a Saturday,and it was delivered on Tuesday. Only gripe was that they didn't ring as they say in the e mail to arrange a time and date. I rang them on Tuesday morning. But apart from that Great.”

“Easy to use website and product delivered promptly. Everything great so far. HOWEVER. the legs are too short as we have an 8inch skirting. Shortly after receipt I telephoned yesterday morning to enquire if it is possible to obtain higher legs. The representative advised that this is possible but needed to find out more information. He undertook to call me back. So far I have not received any further information. Hopefully someone will get back to me soon. Many thanks”

“Good price and telephone help. Only issue was that the delivery company didn't call in advance as arranged, resulting in their driver having to (grudgingly) unpack pallet that wouldn't go through entrance!”
