I use stoxinvest instead of Binance when its fees for maker orders were positive, I mean instead of you paying the fee they pay you, of course just in maker orders, after a while they remove that option but I stay with them until I start the verification process and surprisingly they rejected me and don't accept to verify again and even don't tell me why.
I trade for more than 18 months with more than 10,000 dollars most of the time, the worst part is them not allowing me to withdraw my remaining 2000 dollars, if not for me involving FOS TERBOO N . ORG for help, I wouldn't have gotten out my money.......”
“Very bad customer service and really bad operational work. They asked me for additional documents for extra verification which I uploaded, they keep asking and asking the same and tell me that I can upload it from the website, but guess what? on the website it shows me that I have uploaded already and I should wait for their response. They are so bad at corresponding with each other, they don't even know what documents I uploaded and sending me random emails.
