“There was an issue with my order. Having purchased with next day delivery, I received a refund on my postage costs with no explanation. When I emailed, they said they had telephoned to tell me and I did not answer. I was at work and was unable to answer the phone. An email would not have gone amiss. Luckily the item eventually arrived just in time for our holiday. Although it was of very poor quality.”

“The service and deliver of the lotion was flawless and really fast. I needed it for a swimming challenge event at short notice due to lions mane jellyfish being sighted in abundance in the area we were swimming. The lotion was fine, went on well and wasn’t too obvious. I just looked shiny. I was in the water 1 hour 40 minutes, and was stung fairly extensively on my legs and neck on the last 10 minutes of the swim. So as far as I’m aware the 80 minute working time was accurate as I was fine up until that point. I wouldn’t want to test the theory to vigorously however. Overall I would absolutely use this site again for any needs I have, I would need to try the lotion again to see if it works within the timescales. The bottle is fairly small and I only got a couple of applications.”

“Hi Product arrived well packaged. I would have liked it a bit sooner. I did email to ask if it had been dispatched and they responded very quickly. I haven’t used the product yet as we’ve not had much sun. The reason for 4 stars is for the delay in delivery”

“I've been using sunsense for a few years & wont use any other brand . The large pump bottle is perfect for families - suitable for all skin types. It's quite pricey but it last for ages & it's even better value when it's on offer ! Quick delivery & kept informed throughout xx”
