“Australian Gold is fab, we’ve had it before from The Suncare Shop. But the latest delivery came with a damaged top. We have emailed twice and had no reply yet, so very disappointed.”

“It’s been more than 10 days since I received a confirmation email for my purchase but I haven’t receive my order. I emailed the company and email failed to deliver therefore no response yet. I now have to call them during the day time but I have a baby which makes it very difficult. Not happy at all”

“My order did not arrive. I phoned the Suncare shop, but all they have is a recorded message telling you to contact by email. So I emailed them. I got a reply requesting I wait a further week in case it eventually was delivered. When the order still did not turn up despite the further wait, I emailed again requesting a refund. That was 5 days ago, I have had no reply to my email, let alone a refund. I can not recommend doing business with this shop.”

“Paid for items 2 weeks ago. Had no delivery. Tried emailing them but emails bouncing back. Tried ringing but they are saying no one is there so email. Not good service at all. I’ve spent over £50 and had no delivery.”

“Emailed the company twice after one of the packages leaked when I opened the delivery. There has been no reply to my request for a replacement. This is after 2 weeks. Really poor customer service. Would not recommend to others and will not use again. Sad, as I had bought twice in the past.”

“Placed an order on October 12th and still haven't received it. The shops phone line is currently closed and they have not responded to my emails. Very disappointed with this. I am contacting PayPal to try and get my money back. Do not place an order with this business.”

“Two weeks after ordering still havnt received my goods. Payment taken at time of ordering. Phone calls cut off, emails bounce back. P*** poor service and customer service. Spend your money else where.”
