Fantastic thick strong durable upholstery fabric, probably 3x the weight and thickness of the chairs' original covering. Great price, 10 dining chairs re-covered for $60 (3 metres). I had never done this before, so if you're thinking of doing similar, its very achievable, you only need a drill driver and powered staple gun, nail puller and chisel to pick out the old staples and no sewing for this simple style of chair covering. Delivery took just over a week, but that is Australia Post's fault - Melbourne to Sydney, via Brisbane!

The delivery of wool cashmere arrived promptly. I love the soft, furry feel of the fabric close to the skin. It's great to have over 150cm width, making it easy to fit the pattern on. Unfortunately I can't start the the cutting out until my sewing room is finished being recarpeted, and painted. Can't wait!
