Refund - Difficult

My wife bought event tickets on the computer through AXS. YOU MUST have the app on a smart phone to use the tickets or forget it. Total rubbish. I've tried for 2 days to get the stupid app to send me a code. Good luck getting a refund. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Either I have tickets IN HAND or forget it.

Dreadful customer service with no compassion. Be aware that no matter what your personal circumstances are, they will not let you get a refund or exchange. See Tickets do let you do this and their ticket prices are usually much cheaper.

I told them how im under a lot if stress with Mums dementia and am being tested myself and made a simple mistake so can I have a refund.

Axs Tickets immediately charged my Credit Card for a VIP concert.. the concert now has been canceled.. Axs Tickets advise will take thirty days for a refund minus fees.. Totally corrupt and unjust .. will be filing a complaint with Professional Regulation in CA where Axs Tickets is!!

I had tickets for Olivia Rodrigo I could not go so sold them on AXS resale and they sold I waiting 10 days snd I gave not received the funds despite adding my bank account This is awful customer service There is no one to contact and no obvious way to report this theft of my money I would never buy tickets via AXS again I’m Hoping that it’s can be resolved but I have no where to write to the live chat is another hurdle I resold my tickets at cost price so another fan would benefit It would face been easier to resell in an “ illegal “ sure and get my money I have only the small claims court as an option Why is a refund so hard yet payment so easy Please can I be helped I’m one of many people in a similar situation.

Even worse, the seats they've put us in are considerably cheaper than the tickets we purchased, yet no word of a refund for the difference.

Customer service awful They want private details from me for a refund, had my money & sold my tickets & so had money twice, why should I give them details of my passport & driving licence gif a refund ! & no refund todate

They cancelled my ticket due to a technical error without any communication and after I got in touch they promised me a refund but I have been waiting 8-9 months.

Hahaha! Tickets sold for what I'd paid for them however after finally figuring out how to add bank details no refund has been given 10 days after event.
