To summarize everything I am going through:
I can login to my wallet and to coinbase.app using my password etc
On the wallet, I can put funds in and thats all.
On the coinbase.app I can't do anything.
To do anything more on both apps I need to verify my identity by uploading a photo.
I follow the instructions and have photos ready to upload BUT...in the process of connecting the computer to my mobile as advised too I keep getting the same problem.
1. I scan the QR code and on the computer screen a message comes up saying 'you are connected, do not leave this page'
2. however on my phone comes a message which you will see if you click on this link http://coinbase.com/cam/GDUBKRFJ
And that is the nightmare I have been experiencing for 14 days now....I desperately need this issue resolved as I need to see if someone has hacked my wallet, gained access to coinbase.com through it and taken all my coins out of it.
The wallet that had the eth stolen from it is not showing up when I look on the wallet extension app which is a worry, they informed me my wallet was frozen due to suspicious activity but have not told me what the activity was...I still don't know if the coin I have on coinbase.com is all gone or not...great one coinbase!
