Bought and umbrella and a heavy base, ask if both were compatible they assure me base was universal, associate help me with base cause is heavy, got home we manage to put it in the patio(3 seniors) try to put it together base is missing 3 pc tube sleeve, call back they want us to return the bade instead of.opening another box and give us the piece that is missing and spare us the inconvenience of having to carry the heavy base back to the store!.”
