“Swimprint's prices were super competitive, their customer service was en pointe and they responded really quickly to all correspondence. Delivery date given was as requested, and they weren't hesitant to go the extra mile when we had specific requests. Highly recommended.”

“I emailed Swimprint with a request for swimming hats for our club. I received an immediate reply with all the answers to my questions. I then asked if they could send me a sample of a hat to make sure it was what we wanted.I received this within 2 days and yes it was exactly what we were looking for. I emailed them to say go ahead with the order they sent the invoice for us to pay and the order is being processed Wow what a service We'll Done Swimprint”

“I am a little disappointed with the new company (since it was taken over from Swim Shop) as the faxed order was not apparently received. When queried they immediately tried to rectify the order which was then e-mailed to your company. Then I have received two demands for payment, but as yet not received the goods!! Not sure what systems/communication is currently being used but need to be updated.”

Thank you for the feedback. We have not accepted fax orders for over 12 months. Swimshop actually stopped the fax order line as there was apparently little to no demand for it. Our standard business terms do indeed request payment prior to work commencing. We can only vary this when asked, and as soon as we received an email we did just that.

“What great service from beginning to end. I was a Difficult customer needing a special logo on swim hats. It needed to be right and there were quite a few changes to be made as the charity were very particular. Thanks to the team I have my perfect swim hats. Ordering was so easy wore my hat today for the first time. It was comfy and never slipped back once in a 10k pool session.”
