“Prompt delivery with components clearly identified in separate see through bags. Customer service staff knowledgeable and helpful, although this was all by email, as I was unable to get through on the phone (which seemed to cut off if unanswered for 2 minutes).”

“I'm impressed! My order included so many tiny components of so many types and only a few of each type, yet they're all here and well protected in a neat package. The price was very competitive too and something of a game-changer when it comes to items like Shrink-Wrap insulation which I've previously bought as a mixed selection of sizes at some expense. With Switch Electronics they sell only long lengths of each size and colour which I thought would work out too costly but, no, I've now got much more the right variety for me and at no extra cost - Great!”

“I found Switch Electronics online whilst searching for a relay board for a small home project. I fired a question in and Ben replied immediately. As a result, I changed the design and bought three small relay boards from Switch, and they arrived very quickly. I’ve subsequently had a look through their online stock and it is extensive and well-priced. I think that if a company is prepared to respond to potential customers in a helpful way and then deliver less than £14 worth of components quickly and with follow-up then they’re doing a lot right, so I’ll definitely be using Switch again. Highly recommended - check Switch before resorting to Amazon!”

“I found Switch Electronics by accident on eBay and then online. Ordered some parts, I made a mistake but the correct item was added free of charge which is unusual these days! Really great prices and fast service. Ben replied to several emails and I will do future business with them plus I have passed their details onto others as I was so impressed.”
