“Overall, Switch Electronics provide excellent customer service. I ordered 11 items involving mostly low value components. All arrived early the following day, courtesy of Royal Mail. My experience is that Switch can be difficult to contact by telephone (although no problem by email). If they have what you want and you don’t need to telephone them, they are prompt and professional.”
