“I have used this company many time's when they had retail outlets, since becoming an online only company they are terrible. The quality of their clothing is first class but this is far outweighed by the poor customer service. In this day and age the least I would expect is the option to pay for fast/next day delivery. This is not the case, it states that all orders are despatched the same day, this is a total lie. You will need to wait at least a week to receive anything. There is no Customer Service contact number only a message service that is maned by idiots who do not answer and questions you ask. Just standard text format answers. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
