“I am very upset with your website because other websites when there is a coupon they automatically insert it, but you for a measly three dollars he did not that’s why I have not bought anything of you for a while and probably never well”

“On my previous order, was such a bad experience I hesitated to order from Tanga.com again. The item took way too long in delivery then once received it was NOTHING like what it was described in the picture or description and to top it off they got the size all wrong!!! It was just horrible. And I was really looking forward to the item.”

“No comment regarding the lamp because it is a Christmas gift and hasn't been tried yet. Tanga's delivery and service was poor. The lamp was shipped but, according to tracking, remained in one location for more than a week. I sent an email to Tanga but received no reply. I sent a second email to Tanga and still received not reply. Eventually, after two weeks, the lamp arrived. I understand and can live with shipping delays, but I cannot understand and do not accept bad customer service”

“I ordered 2 mats, light brown. When they came yesterday one was red, the other one was blue. The mats are fine but the colors won’t blend very well with the intended location.”

“Nothing great for customer service, I should of remembered that from last year. I have ordered a ton of stuff and tried right after I made the order to get a different color and that could not be done and the package was not even processed…I should of learned will not order from here any longer”

“I thought it would be easy to just exchange the jacket which I had ordered in a medium; however it turned into a circus. I was informed that I had to send a picture of jacket so the vendor could be notified of the mistake. I am 91 yrs. old and do not know how to send picture and only wanted an exchange for smaller size and would have accepted a different color if one I ordered was not available.”
