“Sorry but not happy with this purchase. Product does not work for me, took 3 emails before someone responded and then was told it was not returnable. Did not see that anywhere on the description!!!”

“Although I enjoy Tanga and have never had to return anything; however I bought the Muk Luks and do have to return them as they must be as wide as a shoe can be. But, trying to get to Tanga's Customer Service has been a lesson in futility. Round and round I went, and occassionally the computer put me in touch with TANGAR!! Not Tangar, Tanga. Finally after 3 days of trying I found out I did need to contact them for a return label. No where was that stated. Don;t cry Tanga, I still love you.”

“Really disappointing... I was excited to get a good deal on a new product. When the product arrived, there were salvage stickers all over it meaning it wasn’t new. Salvage items are no good...”

“Ordered an across the body bag. It came, but was not what I thought it was going to be. It took a solid month to get them to return it, together w/PayPal. Tanga is going to have to offer free shipping for returns if they’re going to be successful. It’s very difficult to order product online when you can’t touch it or feel it. It’s a shame too, because they offer really neat things, at a great price. Hoping they’ll change their shipping regulations soon.”

“Hi! Couldn't wait for them to come, when they arrived package was damaged. Took out lights and charged them, been 4 days. Lights are disappointing, they seem to take turns working. One doesn't stay on long the other stays on longer. I see good and bad reviews I guess it's the luck of the draw when purchasing them, good luck!”

“Had a very hard time with checking out the first time. Couldn’t use the code for discount and I couldn’t finish checking out. The page never came up to check out. Sent email explaining my problem. I later returned and was able to complete the order…I am still waiting patiently for a previous order. Thank you.”
