“The company has been lax in customer service for a return of a "refurbished" Microsoft Surface, essentially ignoring a request to return it as unsatisfactory during the allotted time frame. Full size bed sheets were ordered about a year later and they were not as described: substandard. Perhaps the risk of doing business with Tanga has improved. I won't risk any expensive purchases until I see improvement first hand.”

“Tanga charging for shipping protection. It's legally up to the seller to provide shipping protection. Either the seller or the shipping service is responsible for any damages during transit!”

“I’ve tried getting a hold of you for an item I purchased from you a couple of years ago and my warranty expired and not one person ever got back to me about it and I said I’d NEVER but another thing from you but here I am so I’m very cautious about what’s gonna happen with this order and I’ll still be expecting a call from someone from there”
