“Out of anyone I have ever purchased a product from I would have to say their customer service is with the best. I got a email right after the order on a Sunday telling me about the time for powder coating etc and another before arrival and after arrival. Excellent customer awareness.”

“I recently ordered the 51 gallon transfer tank from Tank Retailer. Lou’s communication could not have been better. He reached out several times to provide updates about the order. He provided details about where we were in the process as well as followed up once the tank had arrived. Fantastic company! Order without hesitation!”

“Could not be more happy with my purchase. Tank is high quality. With high quality welds. Optional tank gauge is better than expected. Shipping was fast and the package was well wrapped and protected, made it without a scratch from FL to WA. Would buy from again in a heartbeat.”

“When we ordered this tank we received emails confirming exactly what setup we were using for a tonneau cover to be sure it would fit. We experienced some of the best customer service while in this process. The tank was made and delivered within the timeframe of 4 weeks, I believe it was actually less than what was given to us. Just installed it today and was very happy with the fit and finish. 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend buying through this company as they actually care.”

“Lou was an exceptional help during the whole process of ordering my custom Tank. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted, a double tank that fit under the truck cover. Lou was able to accomidate having the pumps being AC, so I could plug them in my truck's outlet.”

“This tank has worked out great, I need a 300 gal tank for small vehicals, ATV, Side by Side, mowers, and this was the perfect size. The tank was in great condistion when it arrived, I would definitely buy again if I needed a tank.”

“Lou is the rep I dealt with and was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct tank for my Ford F250 6.7 liter diesel. Everything went very well according to my mechanic and fit well. The only issue was having to reverse the hoses and harness because of my rollup bed cover. Very Happy with the overall look and looking forward to next vacation pulling my fifth wheel Toyhauler.”
