“Excellent service and wonderful people! I have lived in London for over 5 years and have had more often than not awful experiences with cleaning companies. I booked Target Cleaning after a thorough search online as there is a plethora of fake reviews. Target were professional from the get go and the quote and documents produced were very professional along with the after care. The cleaners were early, smiley and did a spot on job, even removing things I didn’t think were possible to remove. They told me they'd give me a call 20 mins before they'd finish to check and it was perfect. One spot was missed (not their fault – it is a hidden drawer) and they literally came back the following day to clear it, working around my availability – still with a smile.”

“Target cleaners were great, our apartment was really dirty, but they did a really good job, although we weren’t moving out, but we made the right decision to order their End of Tenancy cleaning package. I’m so happy to be in a clean place again.”

“Best end of tenancy for a decade so far i come across. Did accommodate my none flexible date and time. 6pm. Very good. Team arrived a but late, but I was informed way in advance. The cleaning was so good. I got my deposit back.”

“I was a bit hesitant to book online, but I was wrong, The process is simple to book end end of Tenancy Cleaners in london, The customer support is really helpful, speed respond to my emails ( loads of questions). But all been handled professionally. Highly recommend.”

“I had a bad experience with this company. I paid but didn't receive a service. I trusted them based on the reviews. They were responsive at the beginning, but once I paid a deposit to confirm my booking, they completely disappeared. I sent multiple emails, left many voicemail, even tried to go to their office. No response whatsoever. I gave up finally. Lost my deposit with them.”

“I have selected target Services based on Customers review, and I believe ita all made comments about there services, I have booked with them 1 week agao, agreed on a price and the date was confirmed, Target services don't employ staff, its outsourced to different unprofessional and un-trusted people. they have sent some cleaners to my house, and started new price negotiations, asking for £50 extra, I did not mind and agreed to pay extra, after 30 minutes everyone leaves the house and send me a text message, they are not going to do the job, I rang the company and the person called Ellie and she replied . 1- I Don't Know who went to the address, can you give me his Mobile number to discuss the issue. 2- after she had conversation with the cleaners, age said everything is ok and £50 extra will be charged. 3- After when the cleaners left the house and send me SMS message , that this job is canceled, I tried to call over 50 times non of the answer the phone . am going to share my experiences everywhere for this company, as they have cost me my time and money . be aware of such companies and report. if you anyone in interested to see the proof of my conversation and sms, you can email me at azainaly78@gmail.com”
