“I absolutely loved everything about my experience with The Tartan Blanket Co, from the customer service to the product! I received quick and helpful support from your team when I had questions. The delivery price from Scotland to Canada was beyond amazing and the blankets, books and shortbread I received were absolutely brilliant! Such high quality wool that will be well loved for many years to come! The only thing that I wasn’t overly happy with was the material used to pack/protect the products in the box...it stuck to the fibers of the blankets and was time consuming to get out. Overall, you have a customer for life!”

“This was an outstanding on-line ordering experience! I found a beautiful scarf -- exactly what I was looking for -- and when it arrived it was just as beautiful as it looked in the catalog. It's gorgeous wool and lovely colors. (Colours.) Delivery was a day earlier than predicted, and the customer support and service via e-mail was friendly and polite and helpful. I will be back. Often!”
