“Lovely quality product bought as a gift, beautifully presented in a box. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what the recipient wanted, so we ordered what she did want, which arrived as quickly as the original item did. The refund was processed within 4 days (including a weekend). I can't fault the purchase or refund process. This Company understand what the customer wants and how to provide it, they are a pleasure to deal with. David”
