“Product and packaging are excellent. However, your chosen courier (Royal Mail) offers a very poor service and you should change to a more customer-friendly company like DPD or Yodel. Royal Mail make no effort to offer delivery to a "safe place" or designated neighbour, so if you are out when they happen to call they just take the parcel away again and force you to wait 24hrs before collecting it from their offices. Hopeless!”

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with Royal Mail, we don't often get this feedback. When luxury items are sent by a tracked service it's common for them not to leave the parcel in case it goes missing and makes it to you safely. We do use other postage methods so if you have a preference in future of course we can help advise. Thank you again - Hayleigh

“I would rate the Tartan Blanket Co. as excellent if I could! Always professional and speedy in dispatch, well that's been my experience. And, I have bought 6 blankets from them throughout the years.”

“Just received my Thompson grey lambswool blanket. How soft and gorgeous it is. So stylish. Ready to go in my new car. It was sent lovingly wrapped in tissue. Now Christmas is coming..... I would recommend this product.”

“Hello. I have two beautiful blankets from The Tartan Blanket Co. I adore them. The knee blanket is great. Not quite the colour on the website but, it is perfect for my living room. I just purchased the Brown and Rust new wool blanket and it came yesterday. I absolutely love it. It is a little softer than the knee blanket and the colors are brilliant. I have a growing selection of favourites that I am obsessing over. It wont be long before I add another to my collection, I am sure! Thank you!”

“How absolutely lovely to receive these beautiful blankets! It is my second order and this one arrived surprisingly fast. The wool is so soft and the colors are beautiful. The website, which I love, can't even do them justice! It's like closing your eyes and wrapping yourself in a memory of Scotland. Thank you !”

“Love my new scarf! Had bought a blanket in antique Buchanan tartan which is lovely and warm and decided to treat myself to a new scarf. It's very soft for lambswool, I always imagine that one day I'll be able to treat myself to cashmere but this is highly unlikely! Fortunately, buying a lambswool scarf from The Tartan Blanket co. doesn't feel like a cheap option and the colours of the scarf are just beautiful. I have recommended this small family business to lots of people who want beautiful, well made blankets and scarves. The packaging is great too, tissue wrapped, makes it great for gifting.”

“I've bought the recycled wool knee blankets for myself previously as well as a lambswool scarf and thought I'd treat my friend to a pure new wool blanket in sage green for her birthday. It's absolutely beautiful, really sumptuous and a gorgeous colour too, much nicer than the photo. I think she'll absolutely love It!”

“Delighted with my order! I love my blankets! I'll be getting so much more off you guys over the coming months!
