“I bought several scarves. I just wanted 2 for me, but I decided to buy other 5 as Christmas presents after having tested their quality. The relationship quality/price is very good. Products are excellent. Wool is soft and warm. Standard scarves are wider than other similar products of other brands. The boxes are very simple as aspect. Delivery service is very fast considering that all my orders were addressed to Italy. I strongly recommend these products”

“I ordered a blanket chosen by my son as a Christmas gift . In plenty of time it so I thought. A delivery attempt was made in 18/11. I contacted the courier Yodel for it to be redelivered on the Saturday. I stayed in all day. Nothing. I have since been in contact with yourselves on quite a few occasions by email and was told it would be delivered on Friday to my safe place. This did not happen . Now in 30/11 I discover that Yodel have returned my package back to you. And the blanket is now out of stock otherwise you would have sent it out using another courier. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. I was asked if I wanted to order a different blanket but it was my Son's choice and to be honest I have had enough. I have been given a refund.”

Thanks so much for your feedback Wendy, I know we've already spoken but wanted to say I totally understand how you are feeling - I'd be very annoyed too. The service from Yodel is not acceptable and we will be taking that up with them. I'm so sorry that your sons blanket is now out of stock, as you mention we absolutely would have sent this out again. If there is anything else we can do, please be sure to give us a shout!

“I'm really pleased with the service and the blanket itself, which is a gift (not yet given) for my Mum. It's a really high quality product, and is packaged up so beautifully that I'm sure Mum will love unwrapping it as much as using it. Also, it arrived in good time and I was never in any doubt of when I'd receive it so I had peace of mind throughout. I'm sure I'll be back for more as the cold nights set in :)”

“I was absolutely delighted with my Lambswool Scarf from The Tartan Blanket Co. It was beautifully wrapped, with tissue and sticker making it feel like an extra special gift to me, from me! The embroidery was lovely and the wool was just so soft! Will definitely be back for more!”

“This was a christmas present for my boyfriend and I must confess that it's the best idea I've ever had. The quality is insane ! The scarf is so soft and beautiful, I can't wait for my love to open it and discover how confortable it feels! I recommend !”

“Initially the baby blanket was out of stock, however, they let me know as soon as it was back and I was able to order. Delivery was good, it arrived in a lovely box. Quality is excellent, a beautiful gift to keep forever. Thank you”

“I was a little worried that a) the recycled wool would be scratchy, or b) that full size wouldn't be quite big enough but both worries were unfounded, the recycled wool is soft and the full size is a decent sized blanket.”

“The blanket - Stewart Antique in knee blanket style - is beautiful and the delivery was quick. As this is a Christmas present I am sure the recipient will love it. It's just a minor shame that the blanket I wanted in return was out of stock! But no worries, I will be back for that when it returns.”

“Everything about this order was perfect. Communication from the company was timely and tracking info was provided regularly. More importantly, the blanket and scarf are beautiful, soft, and simply perfect! The box with my scarf, book, treats, and tea are waiting under the Christmas tree!!
