“I managed to mess up my online order but after contacting the Tartan Blanket Co they rectified the problem immediately. The blanket arrived in perfect condition and is a wonderful addition to the living room as the winter nights draw in.”

“You have a wonderful, helpful and polite customer service team that deal without as a person and not a number. My blanket arrived quicker than I thought and is more lovely and vibrant in colour that shown in the picture and is cozy and warm. Thank you all and I am looking forward to dealing with you again.”

“I am so happy with the blanket I received from the Tartan Blanket Co. It's gorgeous and even though I live in Australia, I was so pleased with the customer service and how I was "kept in the loop" with all stages of processing. It took any anxiety out of ordering something from so far away. I couldn't recommend them any more, they were brilliant and I am so pleased to have a blanket that will remain in my family for generations to come.”
